Los Angeles, CA- [Feb. 7, 2020] -- Dan Dee International, LLC (“Dan Dee”), the market leader in the seasonal plush and decor category, announced that it has acquired Animal Adventure, LLC (“Animal Adventure”), a leading soft goods and plush toys supplier.
Dan Dee has a long history and strong track record as a vendor partner with most of North America’s mass retailers. Animal Adventure has in recent years transformed from a leading plush toys supplier into an all-encompassing soft goods and functional products company. Dan Dee plans to maintain Animal Adventure as a separate brand within the combined companies, with its founder, Peter Gainsley, continuing as President of Animal Adventure.
