January 17, 2020 | Tickets for the 20th Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards ceremony are sold out. But toy professionals can still take part in the festivities at the afterparty celebration, which will immediately follow the awards dinner. Tickets for the afterparty are only $95 and can be secured by registering online.
The TOTY afterparty will take place from 9:30 to 11 p.m. and include a dessert reception and open bar. Guests can mingle with friends and colleagues, and even chat up the 2020 TOTY Awards winners in a relaxed atmosphere while a DJ spins popular tunes. The TOTY winners will also be featured on large screens at the afterparty.
“While TOTY gala tickets sold out fast this year, the party doesn’t stop when the awards show ends,” said Ken Seiter, executive vice president of marketing communications at The Toy Association. “The TOTY afterparty is another great opportunity for toy professionals of all levels to network with peers and enjoy in the festivities as we kick off Toy Fair week. Join us in celebrating the achievements of our industry and the wonderful philanthropic work of The Toy Foundation.”
The Toy of the Year Awards takes place on Friday, February 21 at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City. The TOTY gala kicks off the 117th Toy Fair New York taking place February 22 to 25, 2020 in New York City. More information about the TOTY Awards is available at TOTYAwards.org.
