During each curated tour, Founder & CEO of Retail Store Tours Dan Hodges will guide participants through four retail stores in the Flatiron district, starting off with the iconic LEGO Store. At each location, Hodges will facilitate a discussion that will focus on the innovations, products, store design, customer service enhancements, and brand stories to expand participants’ knowledge, strengthen business, network with fellow play professionals, and discover new products and entertainment experiences.
