Deadline Extended: Get Noticed with a Free Spotlight in the Toy Fair® Online Press Room

August 18, 2023 | The deadline for Toy Fair® exhibitors to take advantage of a free spotlight opportunity in the show’s Online Press Room has been extended to August 31. Exhibitors can secure their listing by logging in to their exhibitor profile through Map Your Show, clicking on the “Exhibitor Directory Listing,” and filling out the field labeled “Press Description.” Step-by-step instructions are available here.

This opportunity is one of the many ways exhibitors can take advantage of free publicity and media attention, leveraging the show's strategic fourth quarter timing (taking place September 30 to October 3 in New York City) to create a buzz for their products and brands at the start of the holiday shopping season.

Toy Fair’s Online Press Room is a valuable tool that allows exhibitors to post their company profiles, press releases, and other pertinent information for the media. All exhibitors are eligible for a complimentary spotlight that will be featured on a dedicated page, and will include a company’s key information (name, booth number, website link, 100-word description to house a boilerplate, product information, a show teaser, etc.). Companies featured on this page will also be included in a press release that will be posted to the Online Press Room and emailed to media registered for the show.
