Toy Fair® Draws International Attendees from 83 Countries

August 28, 2023 | With registered attendees from 83 countries and new pavilions on the show floor, Toy Fair® 2023 promises an even more diverse and expansive international presence compared to years past. The global event, taking place September 30 to October 3 at the Javits Center in New York City, is poised to connect the industry's leading innovators with play professionals, the media, and retailers all under one roof.

Global interest in the event is strong, with attendees coming from all corners of the world representing Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, South Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Spain, Turkey, and dozens more. In addition, exhibitors from 38 countries and territories will showcase their playthings at Toy Fair.

The Toy Association™, producer of Toy Fair, is also hosting an esteemed international media delegation — including editors from Italy, the UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and Brazil — who will attend and report on the show. The international media delegation will take part in several activities, such as serving as judges for the first-ever Toy Fair “Reimagination Awards,” which rewards exhibitors for incorporating the show’s new visual merchandising initiative into their booth design in a creative and inviting way.

New for the 2023 show are several international pavilions, which will help connect global brands and playthings exhibiting at the show with buyers looking to source export-ready products from around the world. “We are proud that the international toy community sees Toy Fair as a not-to-miss event that provides a gateway to business both in the U.S. and in other countries,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore these pavilions and interact with manufacturers, designers, and industry representatives from across the world.”

Toy Fair will take place September 30 to October 3 in New York City. Attendee registration is now open. Visit ToyFairNY.com to learn more.
