September 15, 2023 | With hundreds of reporters from local, regional, national, and global media outlets attending Toy Fair® in search of the hottest new toys, exhibiting companies are invited to take advantage of one of the fee-based opportunities available in the Toy Fair ‘23 Online Press Room. These services are offered by Virtual Press Office/PR Newswire, The Toy Association™’s Online Press Room partner.
The Online Press Room houses press releases, product images, and other collateral in one centralized location to help generate awareness and earned media coverage. Those who opt-in for one of the upgrades through Virtual Press Office will receive a press release email distribution to the event’s registered media list, as well as reporting data on how their microsite performed (including details on visits, page views, downloads and more).
The Toy Association builds awareness for the Online Press Room via emails sent to journalists prior to the show and promotes it to media during the show in the on-site Press Center. (As a reminder, the on-site Press Center will not display or distribute paper press kits, USBs, or any other handouts, though exhibitors may do so at their own booths.)
